Okay… so… I screwed up for two days. But I’m back at it. Let’s do this. I still had a really good run yesterday and I’m hitting the gym again today.

I’m not too upset though. I was feeling very sick and eating made me feel a bit better. Tomorrow I will try harder though.

I woke up very tired but I’m feeling good now that I’m pushing myself at the gym. Plus it’s a beautiful sunny day. That helps.

Oh the cravings…

I finally gave in. :( Stupid almonds. They so weren’t worth it because my stomach and intestines are killing me.

Part of me wants to give up already. Part of me wants to show my body who’s boss.

I need to sleep on it
